Return/Cancellation Policy

Every product is created to bring comfort, joy and quality into your life. We are certain you will love your items, but should you run into any issues with your purchase, we want to make things right. Please contact info@theconsciouscomfort.com with any comments or concerns.

RETURNS:

All returns must be received in original condition/packaging. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, less any shipping fees. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to process. We will not accept any damaged goods, and reserve the right to refuse a refund should products arrive back in less than new condition. 

Seconds/Sample Sale and Final Sale items do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

Please contact info@theconsciouscomfort.com within 14 days of receipt of purchase to discuss a refund. 

CANCELLATIONS:

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. Cancellation requests after the 1 hour window will not be honored.

SALES:

All sale items are final sale. No refunds, adjustments, or exchanges.
