Organic Heat Therapy Pack - Original

Fully USA Grown and Sewn, biodegradable and organic. This reusable heat pack contains organic flax seeds that provide soothing weighted comfort with moist heat. Natural pain relief great for menstrual cramps, sore muscles, stomach aches, IVF, endo, and more. It also makes an excellent foot warmer in bed on chilly evenings. Our heat packs also double as cold packs when placed in the freezer.

Unique, original design. The V-shaped edge was designed by our founder to sit comfortably on the lower abdomen to help ease cramps while sitting or lying down. It also sits snug in the middle of the chest to soothe stomach discomfort. 

Each heat pack comes with a removable washable organic canvas cover.

Dimensions:

Medium - 9x12 - 2.25 lb weight.

Large - 9x15 - 4 lb weight

Microwave Instructions: Place in microwave for 2-3 minutes. If more heat is desired, place it back in the microwave for 30 second increments until desired heat level is achieved. Relax and enjoy.

Oven instructions: Preheat oven to 315 degrees Fahrenheit. Place pack on a pan or tray and place in oven. Heat for 15 minutes, remove from oven. Relax and enjoy.

To use as a cold pack: Place in freezer until cold. We recommend using a silicone bag to keep the pack from absorbing odors.
